During the 1980's and 1990's, Sal Mangano was a mailman in Bryn Mawr, PA and a person who helped mentor many a young rider for the Pennsylvania Bicycle Club's junior program. These pictures are from his father, Jack Mangano who raced in and around Philadelphia during the 1930's.
